Don't ask for anything other than what is scheduled. He will not go off script or even entertain what you need done. I asked for an estimate for potentially thousands of dollars of work. I called many times to get the estimate and got ignored. I finally had to get someone else.Today I called because my boiler quit yesterday (weekend). I even asked if they couldn't come just say no and I will call someone else. The girl on the phone was short with me and rude.I will not waste my time calling zehr any more. I have been blown off by them too many times. I just really figured it made sense to have the installer maintain and back their product??

Had an appointment for an estimate. My husband was deploying at the end of October. They came and installed the furnace before he left on deployment. This eased my husband's mind knowing that he had one less thing to worry about while he was gone. They provide excellent service and highly recommend the company.

They are busy and sometimes get behind schedule with emergency calls but when they get to you they do quality service and are very honest.
