Taxi/Shuttle Service
Dispatchers, Drivers & Owners are rude, thieves and Druggies. Dispatchers say one rate, the drivers charge a different, usually higher one. They take free Medicaid passengers with regular cash paying customers and make the cash customers ride out of their way while still charging them the full over priced rate. I have had 3 no shows in the last month and my cab has never, not even once, been on time or customer friendly. I will be filing a complaint at the BBB.
They say the ra... view moretes are high because of insurance and maintenance. Yet you see the owner and his wife driving flashy brand new cars and SUVs. Spending tons of money.
I cant blame the drivers for trying to over charge the customers. They get ripped off by Mr. and Mrs. Yellow Cab every day. The drivers have to make up their loses somehow.
Now that I have my own car back I never have to suffer the intolerable Yellow Cab again. Good Luck to those that still have to suffer with this crap shot company.
