The drive way looks fine, but the customer service left something to be desired.  They did not communicate fees associated with the service, did not respond to requests we made about leaving fill, left a piece of concrete next to the driveway and left cigarette butts in the lawn.  When I got the initial quote I was initially impressed with the customer service, I am disappointed to say this was not followed through in our whole experience.

The job looks terrible. I have pictures if anyone wants to see. The one thing that they did not perform per what they said they would was a smooth transition from all areas . The rolling is uneven, there are a lot of rust marks left on pavement from their roller, the type 7 asphalt leaves theses very unsightly open areas in it. Looks worse than the old driveway that was damaged. At least that was smooth.  Also to be noted is the poor customer service. When I called to tell the company of my concerns over the work, the female that always answers became very nasty, would not listen to the customer. Then she began hollering at me that I had to pay her. After I told her I never said we weren't going to she said, well when you call complaining it raises a red flag.  So, she will not accept any customer complaints, as you raise red flags?? Poor poor customer service. Yes I tell everyone about poor companies. Stay away from them, save your money.
