About us
Southern Touch Cleaning Services is a business that I am starting myself as an independent contractor. I have my own transportation (including a van, a full size truck, and trailer if needed) and I use all my own cleaning supplies aside from renting carpet steam cleaners or floor buffers. Estimates can be given by whole flat price or I can do an hourly rate depending on type of job, distance, and if any equipment may need to be rented. Military discounts ARE available.

Services we offer
Deep cleaning for residences that have been vacated including apartments, rental homes, homes coming on the market for sale, or foreclosed homes. Top to bottom cleaning and disinfecting of the entire residence. Carpet cleaning available by use of a rental steam cleaner (not a professional carpet cleaner by trade). Any small (an inch or less) size holes can be repaired and other minor repairs.
Services we don't offer
-Hazardous waste/material clean ups including biological materials, disposal of mattresses, or anything that may have been exposed to hazmat -Commercial/professional grade/ truck mounted unit carpet cleaning
