 + 6 moreMike basically used our property as his own and even lived in the uncompleted house for a number of weeks sleeping and taking showers, we took him to court and won a judgment against him, to date he has not paid. In fact he owns nothing, his car, house, and all his personal items are registered in his daughter's name and he demands payment in cash. STAY AWAY FROM MIKE BENNETT, BUYER BE WARNED!!!!!
Description of Work: Mike took over a contract to build a home, at first his work quality was great, then he started to string jobs together never completing a task until he demanded more money. He never finished anything, as a result the punch list our new construction remains unfinished to date including a mold problem in our attic cause Mike never completed the ventilation system leading to high moisture in our crawl space.
