He doesn’t give an initial estimate until he started work. When he start to work – his estimate was far off from what I actually paid so I asked him to do lawn maintenance for the summer time which in Watertown is like four months and then I asked him to do some gardening. This is where it gets weird – I gave him money for the materials that we're going to use and needed to redo the garden and he spent all that money and asks for more. I remember him being unprofessional, rude and extremely pricey – like he will give a bill that was 200% more than he estimated.
