 + 0 moreMy furnace broke three times this winter. The first time I called this company and after tinkering for a while I was told there was a loose wire . . . okay, $200. The second time I had the same problem and they came out and replaced some switch, another $210. A few days later, again same problem but worse because now the system was full of air. So I called Serv Pro who came out and showed my the initial problem being an air separator that needed to be replaced, and the reset switch that Kujoe Heating must have been hitting the get the system running. Serv Pro charged my $186 parts and labor. So disappointing, wasted $410 with Kujoe Heating.
Description of Work: Twice this company came out to repair my furnace, both times it lasted for a short while and the last time they created a greater problem. I don't think they understand the system but still offer to experiment and take my money.
