I had to leave a message, nothing unusual until I talked to them. I had called because of the "A" rating but was taken back when I was told that since I had no referral then our golden would not be given a appointment. She did not want to take on a golden that needed a summer cut with no referral. Personally, I thought that was not right given if my dog had gotten a appointment I very well could have been a return customer instead I will not be a customer at all. Very disappointed about the way a referral is needed. I personally had never heard a dog groomer only taking new customers by referral only.

I would highly recommend K-9 Design. The business is owned and operated by Brandi Manos, and with the help of her husband, she does it all. She is a true animal lover, always kind and patient with her furry charges. In the six years I have known Brandi, I have never seen her stressed or out of sorts. She is a delight to deal with. Additionally, her customers are able to purchase flea medications and Lupine collars and leashes at the shop.
