We've been taking our house pets to Dr. Charlebois for many years. Over time he's cared for 6 dogs and 15 cats (not all at once!!). He and his staff are always friendly, courteous and professional. His "tableside" manner is gentle and kind - the critters always know they're in good hands.
In addition to his great manner with the animals, he's also mastered the art of dealing with the fur-parents. As we've been going to him for just under 20 years, he's guided us through good and bad times. Spaying, neutering, check-ups, dealing with porcupine quills and removing traps from paws (this is rural NY where people trap foxes and beavers).
When the times came that illness was severe, he's been a rock and a gentle voice of reason. Dr. doesn't believe in treatment to just prolong a life of suffering, so he's been strong when we might not have been able to.
No one could find a better Veterinarian anywhere. Plus his staff are all kind and terrific with the animals (and us humans!)

Dr. Charlebois is THE BEST! We have dealt with him for 30 years and have never had anything but the best care. He even came to our home once for our injured dog. No one is better!
