These guys are extremely busy but if you can book them they are amazing. They get the job done when they say they're going to do it, they are very competitively priced, I have use them three times and every time they have convinced me what to fix and what to leave alone for now. They caught a lot of things on my own inspector missed, and they saved me thousands of dollars in needless work that other plumbers try to convince me to do. Knock on wood it's been three years and everything they said would hold up, has.

I called in right after lunch and they were able to fit in a stop to the house that day. I left a message with the main number and Gregg called me later in the afternoon. He arrived when he said he would and fixed my sink in an hour. Very friendly and professional. He said they are very busy and they can't always fit people in right away, They do what they can, and it was great they were able to fit me in.

We had a leak in the cellar and called him. He had job in the locality and he came over as soon as he was finished. He fixed the problem along with few other minor problems we had. It was a great relief on our part.

I awoke early (about 0730AM) Sunday morning to hear water dripping from my hot water heater. I called Greggs answering service. He returned my call in about 30 (thirty) minutes. He arrived at about 0830AM and drained the old water heater while he went to purchase a new one. He took out the old water heater and installed the new one. The whole job took about 5 hours on Sunday. I am very satisfied with the new water heater and the work that Gregg and his helper did for us.

I called Gregg`s, he told me he was on a job at that time.When he finished he would call me and come over. The house is piped with high pressure PVC pipe. He told me he didn`t usually work with that pipe and didn`t think he had the necessary parts on the truck to fix the leak. After rummaging around in his truck he confirmed he didn`t have of that pipe. He gave me the name of another plummer in the area who does work with the high pressure PVC. The drive from his shop in Watertown to our house is about 15 to 20 miles. There was no charge for the trip out to the house and the other plummer he recomended was able to take care of the problem with the material he had on his truck. Gregg was pleasant to deal with and very professional. I was pleasantly surprised to find there was no charge for the service call.

The whole job went very smoothly. I had called the village office because I knew that I had to have the leaking shut-off valve replaced and I knew that someone from the village would have to turn off the water. When I explained that I wasn't sure about how to make this all happen, they recommended Gregg's Plumbing to me because a lot of people in the village use him and because he has coordinated this kind of thing before. So, I called Greg and left a message and he promptly returned my call. He was able to come out and check the problem the next day. He had some other work that had to be taken care of first but he said that he would get it all arranged and let me know when he could come back. It actually took him about two weeks to come back, but I have a feeling that if it had been an emergency situation he would have been there faster so I was not bothered about the time. It didn't take him long to the actual job and he was extremely pleasant and professional. I also asked him to take a look at an upstairs bathroom and discussed with him the possibility of doing some work up there. I will definitely call him again.
