+ -1 moreMy electric window on my Volvo would not work. Upon bringing it in the service rep explained very thoroughly the possibilities of what the issue could be. They performed the diagnosis in a timely manner and were accommodating to me needing the car over the weekend while the part was being ordered which I appreciated. Unfortunately, it was the main switch which for a Volvo is a $600 part! He offered to find me a certifies used one and was able to save me $400!! They were polite and professional throughout the whole process, saved me money and so far the repair has held up fine. They gave me a warranty for the part too.
