I thought I had brake problems because I was hearing sqeaking. Plus, the climate control was not putting out any heat. I explained that my husband and I were trying to decide whether to trade it or not. They offered a 21 point check for $25 that would be able to tell me what kind of shape the major parts of the vehicle were in. They found the brakes just needed cleaning but there was a hole in the radiator, which was why I had no heat. They were prompt about calling me with updates on the work, kept costs down, and credited the $25 towards the total of repairs. They finished and had me back on the road inside the week time line that I told them I could leave the van with no problems. I am very pleased with the work and customer service and will return to them for any other work that needs to be done.
