The owner of the business arrived punctually on three separate occasions and evaluated the problems. Lucas picked up the toilet from Home Depot where I already purchased it and installed it in the second apartment upstairs. He also removed the old commode and took it with him to discard. Lucas was very professional and cleaned up after himself. He also came to the house promptly when called to help fix the garage doors The doors needed to be patched with additional wood, with weather stripping. Lukas also made it easier to lift and close the doors, and he returned another time to ensure that this property owner was fully satisfied, which I was.
Lukas is very polite, professional and thorough in his work, and capable of completing a number of jobs that are required for home ownership. The price has been fair and the quality of the work completed is excellent.
I would recommend this company to other homeowners who have a variety of tasks to be completed around their properties.
