Apartments
My apartment has had black mold and not just a little, but an excessive amount. There were live and dead bugs as well as live and dead worms. They never took proper care of the property. When I complained about the carpeting, they would not clean it. They said if I wanted new carpeting, I would be responsible for paying for it, as well as the installation. They kept my security deposit and were totally rotten to me. They threatened me with a lawsuit if I told anybody about my experience.
