This company is horrible. They lack very much and professionalism and knowledge. Management doesn't have a clue what they're doing. I would not hire this company.

The process from start to finish was wonderful with Saratoga Bomanite! We built a home by Ted Cillis III/ Cillis Builders Inc and they demonstrated poor quality workmanship with concrete work around the development. So we asked for a credit, (btw Ted credited back $500) it was worth taking the financial hit, because Nick from Saratoga Bomanite did a fantastic job! He was professional, knowledgeable and knows his trade. Its been nearly a year since everything was installed and it still looks wonderful! It added a nice welcoming elegance to the front and the rear patio is truly enjoyed!

They did a good job at first, things went smoothe. Over the past couple years, the patio has started raise on one side. Since last year I've been trying to reach the company to have them come take a look at the patio to see what they can do, I just need an estimate. I'm not looking for anything for free, I'm just trying to repair the issue so that no one injures themselves. The company has been giving me the run-around for over a year. They keep telling me that "I'm on their list" of people to come and help and yet no one ever calls and no one has shown up. I'm tired of being told that I'm on a list and getting no results.

There was some extra work removing the old surface, so the work took a bit longer and cost $100 more than expected. However, the job was completed quickly in spite of that. The new surface looks really nice and we have had no problems with water pooling on it, so they did a good job with the grading.

The company showed up on the agreed day and completed all demolition and construction in a single day. The completed work was exactly as described in the contract. The work was of highest quality, and the work area was left spotless on completion. The company returned to seal the new sidewalk after a few days. I am very pleased with the result.
