It was a nightmare; I would not use this company again even if it were offered gratis.  Now, most people need this type of service no more than once in their lives, so few people have experience with more than one company.  I don't know that anyone else would be better, but I can't see how any other company could have been worse.  Be careful: they will try to upsell you various services.  Get price quotes for all possibilities prior to signing.  Definitely get a couple add'l quotes, as time-consuming as that may be.

Provider responded promptly and arrived within a half hour of my call. Ran his power snake through the main drain line and out to my septic tank. Ran a good 75 feet of snake though only about a 40 foot run from the drain line cleanout to the tank. Ran it through a second time after the first effort was unsuccessful. The second attempt also failed to clear the clog at which point he said the septic tank must be full and would need to be pumped. Resulted in my having to dig up the tank through rock hard soil in mid January and call in a septic service. On uncovering the tank it was obvious that the provider had in fact reached the tank with the snake and most likely would have cleared the clog between the house and the tank had he run it through one or two more times. Overall grade is based more on the result than the responsiveness or effort.

They were good, expensive but then again, plumbing is just expensive. They were good. They were also professional. They came timely. They came on the same day that we called them. Both gentlemen were very nice. It was costly, but no more costly than any plumbing I have ever used.

Thie service call started poorly and went downhill after that. The fellow was over 2 hours late, once he arrived the work was completed but at the end he told us we would need a new sewer line to connect to the city main. The price he thought would be between 6 & 10 thousand dollars!! This cost up over $900 & he charged us a $29 credit card fee!!!
We got a second opinion. Only to be told that we had roots that we already knew about & no need to replace the line as there were no broken areas. Would never recommend them.

They were here within the moments.  They have same price whether it is the middle of the night or daytime.  They came up with a quick solution.  They gave me 15% off on any number of services.  I had them work on the water heater and my heating unit, so the price was inclusive of all those services.  I have a membership with other businesses.  They gave me a product that I could use.  They are very helpful and very knowledgeable.
