This review is way over do, sorry about that. I had Russell do work Oct of 2015. We had a tree fall in the middle of the night into the neighbors yard. So as you can imagine I needed help in a hurry. Found Russell on this website, called and left a message and recieved a return call in minutes. He was out my house within an hour to get the tree taken care of. All was done and clean up in like 2 hrs the most. The price was exceptional for a emergency. Now I knew this tree and others had to come down but kept putting it off So of course while Russell was here taking care of this tree, I asked if he could help with the others before they fell. He took a look at the others, gave me another great price and came the following weekend right on time. Took all the other trees down, wood chipped them, and cleaned up any mess made. Once they were finished you did not even know I had trees removed. I cannot say enough good about this company. Very very professional, great great prices and work done when said it would be. I have just recommended Russell to my Aunt and he is taking care of her trees as well. If you need a tree guy Russell is the person to call ! Laura / Lake Grove NY

He came out promptly and did all I asked at a great price.

Russell contacted me and gave me an estimate which was not any higher or lower than others I got but I hired him based on meeting him and reading his reviews. He did the stump removal in the evening and by the time he finished, it was dark. Russell showed me the work area in the dark and it seem like he did a good job. However the next morning, when I looked at it again, I was shocked to realized that no clean up was done at all. There were grinded scraps all over the place and he left a path of dirt where he brought his grinder in. I would give him 5 stars if clean up was done properly.

the work took a little longer because of equipment problems but all in all it was done thoroughly and the price was fair. i have already given his name to someone else
