The water heater and manpower was eight hundred eighty dollars. The pricing was great because we did have someone come out and it was seven hundred fifty just for the manpower. We called them before twelve o'clock noon and they installed it around four o'clock in the afternoon.

overall there was no problem and the sears guy did a very good job the only problem was when scheduling for them to be looked at i had to give my credit card information when the job was done, he was paid by check, and found out this month they also charged the work on my credit card too it took about 30 minutes holding on the phone and being transferred too and was told would get a credit memo soon

They respond pretty quickly and the job is well done. There is a number that I call and they send someone.

Gargae door broke and came off the tracks. It happened on Sunday night and called a few places Monday morning. Everyone I called told me they were too busy and couldn't come until later in the week. Finally called Sears. They came and gave an estimate and the next day it was done!
