From estimate to completion I had about a good experience as you could have with a build of this size. I was always in contact on every phase of the project. Never once did he ever tack on money for materials or hide any costs. Completely up front and honest. Itemized cost for each phase. Let me know when he expected payment and how much, and never before a phase was done. No surprise costs except for one bay window that needed to be completely reframed. Only charged me a few hundred dollars for a day?s labor. If any builder will not let you see what their cost is for materials and complete breakdowns, run away. It was not the case here. Good team, good builders, Good experience.
