The heater arrived the next day, Chris and Damian arrived in mid-afternoon and finished the install in about 5 hours. They do nice, neat work and everything went smoothly. They're friendly and easy to get along with. I've already recommended Chris to a friend who hired him for a larger project and all is going well there. Bottom line, an excellent contractor that I recommend to all.
Description of Work: Chris Colavito and his brother Damian replaced my hot water heater. I live in Warwick, N.Y. and have a 13 year old Buderus combination furnace / domestic water heater. The water heater liner cracked and had to be replaced. Replacing the Buderus heater would have cost $6000.00 so a free standing water heater was installed alongside the furnace. The old water heater, mounted below the furnace, was abandoned in place. I got two other prices to do the job. One price of $2500 from SOS in Tuxedo, N.Y. and the same price from a contractor in Greenwood Lake. Chris Colavito beat their price by 20%.
