If your looking for a company with more than a 30 day replacement parts warranty this is NOT the company. I didn't learn I only had 30 days until a problem occurred. That's when the guy who I thought was a man of integrity showed who he really was. Everyone is happy and loves sunshine, but when the rain comes, can you stand the rain. This guy wants no parts of a rainy day. May 15th, 2019 my springs and cables were replaced by the owner. Sept 3rd, 2019, not even a full 4 mos it all went haywire. I had been trying to reach him all day to no avail. My wife comes in from work, and reaches him. He comes over and is met by my frantic wife, and tries to convince her to replace the entire door for well over $1000.00. She calls me and I tell her the doors are 14 years old, but need not be replaced at this time. Don't let this man convince you of otherwise. When i got home I then learned the owner charged my wife $260 to replace the springs that failed in less than 4 months, $285 I was originally charged. I was livid that he would do something like that after 4 months. I called him the next morning and asked why did he charge us again to replace what he did just 4 months prior. He immediately started double talking, went into high pressure salesmen mode and tried to convince me to replace the door, which was his ultimate goal. We went back and forth, as he's using different trade jargon to confuse me. The call ended in I only had a 30 day warranty, and if I had a problem with that or him, don't use him anymore. This conversation actually happened last Weds Sept 4, 2019, a day after he came and took full advantage of my unsuspecting wife. Had I been home and present that would've never happened. I gave him a full week to think about that conversation, and the absurdity of saying the springs we're only warrantied for 30 days, and he went on to say, the one's he replaced Sept 3rd, 2019 could last 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months, or 3 years. whatever the case he made it emphatically clear I only have a 30 day warranty. Which by the way is written clearly on the agreement, but your not paying attention to that fact, because your trusting the product will hold up, and certainly well over 30 days, in my case not even 4 mos. Again I gave him a full week to try to make this right before writing this poor review, I have not heard from him since our last conversation on the matter last Weds Sept 4th, 2019. I guess he thinks I'm just going to put my tail between my legs and whimper away quietly. This man has no integrity whatsoever. He's going to try to defend this with the doors need replacing, which is total lie. They just need springs that are reliable, and if they fail, one should not be charged for them not lasting 4 months. This guy will make nice, tap dance, smile, and grin when all goes well, soon as a problem presents itself, you'll get to meet who he really is. Stay away if more than a 30 day warranty is what your looking for. I trusted I was dealing with a reliable company, as the name suggests. Turns out this company is just the opposite....."Extremely Unreliable". DO NOT CALL/AND OR TEXT MY WIFE WITH THIS NONSENSE SIR, as you did last week after we spoke. If you do I will be filing harassment charges.

Don replied to my inquiry for a quote within 15 mins of me hitting send. He set up a time to come the next morning to look at the motor. It only needed a few new parts and not a total replacement. He was very pleasant and on time. I would highly recommend Don.

Exactly on time, did an excellent job replacing the springs on a broken door. Properly secured cords on the second door free of charge. Will recommend to neighbors and will hire again if needed.

Don arrived at my home promptly at our appointed time, and assessed the work at hand. He gave me a detailed description of the job at hand, the materials he needed to order, and a price for the completed job. When he returned on our next appointment, he quickly and professionally disassembled my garage door to the point enabling him to replaced the broken springs. After reasssembling the spring mechanism, Don torqued the springs to the proper level and tested them to ensure that they worked properly. He then lubricated the springs, wheels and track of the garage door opener. Since I have an older (ancient) opener, he advised me on what to do when it finally gave out.   I found Don to be friendly, punctual, professional and competitively priced. I would be happy to recommend his services and will certainly use him again when necessary.

I've called Don three times and all three times he has responded quickly and come out soon after.  He does more than the needed repair;  he checks everything. He oils the door and makes sure everything is in order.  I could not be more pleased and wish all workers were like him

I found Always Reliable Garage Doors on Angie's List and from the moment I called I was not disappointed.  I called two other companies for quotes and Don was the first one to call me back; he called back in about 2 hours and this was while he was on vacation!  We scheduled a time to meet to get a quote for new doors.  Don was right on time.  We told him what we wanted and he said not a problem.  We picked out our doors, gave him a deposit and Don said he'd call us when they came in (about 2 weeks).   Again, right on time we got a call from Don to schedule a time to do the installation.
The day of the installation went like a breeze; one of the panels was damaged (we couldn't notice until Don pointed it out) but he had already called the manufacturer to report the damage and get us a replacement.  He took all the old doors down - every last bit of them until they just looked like bare 2x4"s and installed the new ones, tracks and the garage door opener (we only asked for the one and are regretting it a little!).  Some of the trim pieces were back ordered from the manufacturer and Don said that he'd stop by when they came in to install them since he didn't need to be in the house to do it.  I think about a week went by and then we came home from work and noticed the garage doors looked especially nice!
He called at the beginning of October to schedule some time to replace the damaged panel and he was in and out.  I have to say we are very pleased with our choice and will be calling him again!  One thing more I have to say is that it is AMAZING to see the change that new garage doors make!  They are not only aesthetically pleasing but they are SO MUCH WARMER than our old pressed board and glass doors!!!  Now that it's getting cold out, we really notice the difference; the basement floor is warmer and our bedrooms too!  We also had zero stink bugs in the house this year!  We are very happy with our choice to use Don.  He is communication, knowledge of his products and customer service are excellent!

The technician was very punctual and communicated with me the day of the appointment so I knew he was on his way.  He explained in detail different issues with my garage doors and explained all of the steps he was going to take during the repair.  The technician was very easy to talk to and didn't talk down to me when explaining the workings of the garage door openers.  The work was done in less than an hour and is working great!

The service was provided the day after I called and he came exactly when he said he would.  Explained why I had a problem and fixed everything that was wrong with the original installation.  Work was done in a timely manner and works better and more smoother than it had ever worked before. Price was reasonable for all the work done.  Would recommend him to anyone who had a garage door problem.

Our automatic garage door would not open!   The large spring at the top had snapped, making it impossible to open the door with our automatic garage door opener OR safely by hand.  We called Always Reliable Garage Doors who stopped by within 6 hours of our first call.  They were very responsive and helpful.  They returned a few days later with the new parts and had our door back in operation in no time. Extremely professional, friendly, and honest staff.  Keep in good communication with us throughout the process.  Very reasonable cost.

Don showed up right on time.  He checked out the two doors and replaced only the parts that were worn.  He didn't try and upsell for things that I didn't need.  I am very pleased with the service and price.  I would use Don again if I have any future issues with my garage doors.

Don fixed my garage door.  He told me the springs were too light for the door and showed me the difference when closing the garage door was from the other garage door.  He came as promised and on time.  He replaced the springs and rollers.  The door works great.

Don installed a new garage door and belt driven operator for me   I am very happy with his work.  If you leave a message, he calls back.  He came to install the opener the next day.   Great quality work.  He showed me how to work the new opener and told me if I needed anything to contact him.  Very professional.  I'm using him again to replace the garage door opener on the other door.

Don came to the house the same day I called. He immediately saw the problem and repaired it. I told him the door wasn't serviced in a very long time. He replaced the pulleys and tightened the chain so the door now runs smoothly and is quieter. He worked quickly and really knew his stuff. I highly recommend him and would use him again if needed.

A spring on one of our doors snapped, so we decided to have him take a look at both of our garage doors and see what other updating was needed. The doors had been very noisy and one of them would hit the ground quite hard. Turns out they hadn't been serviced in a very long time, and they were long overdue for some updates.
By the time he was done, they were nice and quiet, and they closed so smoothly! The one that had been hitting the ground hard is now so gentle and quiet! He was very professional, right on time (he actually called to say he had a cancellation and he could come earlier if I wanted, so I said yes). He explained everything he was doing, too. He did an incredible job!

I called Don on a wednesday, and by friday my openers were installed. He came exactly when he said he would, and did and quick clean job.

Don installed a new garage door and belt driven operator for us. We are very happy with the products and I am EXTREMELY happy with the way he keeps in touch. If you leave a message... he calls back! Great quality! I have been horrified lately with some contractors, and I am very happy to say NOT WITH DON! After we ordered the door, our old door broke completely about 2 weeks before the new one was to be installed. Don came and made temporary repairs to hold us over until the install and moved our install date to the next possible day. Would definitely recommend him and would use him again!
