They stranded by having me locate the tank, then they busted a hole in the tank ( the riser was no more than 3 feet from where they busted the tank), when questioned about the hole the guy on the phone said, "why the h*** would he do that."  I said, "you're the septic guys, you tell me."  Then, to cover their butts they claimed it needed a clean out pipe.  So they loosely inserted a piece of schedule 40 PVC .  They call for a stake out so the could excavate the d-box.  Then, they never returned.they sent a bill for pumping the tank {\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252 {\fonttbl\f0\fnil\fcharset0 TimesNewRomanPSMT;} {\colortbl;\red255\green255\blue255;\red34\green34\blue34;} \deftab720 \pard\pardeftab720\qc\partightenfactor0  \f0\fs32 \cf2 \expnd0\expndtw0\kerning0 \outl0\strokewidth0 \strokec2 \ }get this, for the clean out pipe. When asked about it they said they wouldn't continue until ewe paid the first bill.  Mind you, they never did what they were hired to do!!  We received a collection notice from a local scum bag attorney. To avoid the hassle my wife paid and we said good bye.
