They stranded by having me locate the tank, then they busted a hole in the tank ( the riser was no more than 3 feet from where they busted the tank), when questioned about the hole the guy on the phone said, "why the h*** would he do that." I said, "you're the septic guys, you tell me." Then, to cover their butts they claimed it needed a clean out pipe. So they loosely inserted a piece of schedule 40 PVC . They call for a stake out so the could excavate the d-box. When asked about it they said they wouldn't continue until ewe paid the first bill. Mind you, they never did what they were hired to do!! We received a collection notice from a local scum bag attorney. To avoid the hassle my wife paid and we said good bye.
