Tony was recommended by another contractor (who in turn was recommended very highly by 2 other friends/coworkers). Tony came by to work up an estimate within a week of our first contact. His estimate was significantly lower than another contractor that we had come by. He gave us a time line of 2-3 weeks to be able to start the work. In the meantime, he did not ask for any money up front which made my wife and I more comfortable (after hearing stories of giving 50% up front and work went incomplete for months). Tony showed up on Halloween (Friday) with a crew of about 5 or 6 guys and had the job about 75% done by that afternoon. He came by the next morning with about 2 or 3 of his crew to finish up. By noon, they were done and had the yard cleaned up.
