Because Mr. Lavalley chose to verbally and physically threaten to fight instead of completing our contract and repairing his crews damage, neither he nor anyone in his crew is allowed to return to my property. In five days Mr. Lavalley and his crew created more damage to my home and garage than they repaired. Mr. Lavalley was verbally vulgar and abusive. He threatened to fight and assault me, instead of completing our contract.
Nearly three years have passed since Mr. Lavalley's destruction. It has taken me those three years to financially recover and pay for Mr. Lavalley's damage. If a representative from Ronald Lavalley Construction calls, don't answer the phone. If Mr. Lavalley knocks on your door, don't answer the door, lock it.
