Went fine, no problem. Have had various work done their before. Performed quickly and reasonably.

No problem with the shop only with back order on part to General Motors. Truck was ready at the time promised.

Very professional people to deal with. It's a smaller shop with only a few mechanics so it's not all that fancy but shop appears to be very clean and neat. They answer phones when you call and call and leave messages when they need to talk to you. Simple things for sure but many these days seem to forget how important the simple things are to a customer.

Excellent. I asked them to change both sets of door bushings, they said only 1 needed it.(Saving about $100). Brake inspection revealed 1 caliper needed lubrication, not a rebuild. Tune up check nothing was needed. Didn't recommend replacing anything, in fact he said not to spend the $300 or so that it would cost to replace plugs and wires (including labor) unless something wasn't running right. Conclusion: Based on this visit and others with this vehicle and another - Honest and competent. He gives honest evaluation, doesn't do unnecessary work, doesn't charge flat rate, doesn't pad the clock, and does a good job. Prices aren't "cheap" (good auto mechanics aren't) but hourly rate is a bit less than other shops in the area. Highly recommended.
