They cut the lawn for me. We have been using them for about 8 years. They are competitively priced. They do a reasonably good job. If they do make an error, they will do what they can to correct it. I will continue to use them.

I called in August to get the lawn seeded. We played phone tag for a while, then they said they'd send someone over and leave us an estimate. No estimate. I called back several times. Finally reached someone earlier this month or in late September, and she said that they were busy and it might take 3 weeks before the work could get done- they could send someone to give us an estimate the following week. No one came out. I called last week and I called yesterday. When she called me back today, she said, "I'm sorry, but we're all done with fall seeding, we can sign you up for spring seeding. I wrote out the work order- it must have slipped through the cracks." But I had called repeatedly! I asked her to call another company for me. She refused. I then asked for the phone number of another company and she put down the phone, saying loudly to a colleague, "Can you believe the balls of that woman [meaning me]? It's not my problem if her husband's angry that we didn't show up."
