The sales staff (all bike riders/some competitive) was very helpful & informative. I was "fitted" with a bike based on my ability, riding style & price point, not what they wanted to sell me. The salesman gave me his undivided attention with a complete overview/comparison of models to consider. I was never rushed into making a decision & was given a product catalog as reference. Finally, he was willing to match a price from a competitor. All bikes receive a lifetime once-a-year tuneup & 10% off future purchases for accessories. You leave satisfied knowing how to use & care for your bike. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to buy here again & would recommend store to my friends.
