The work was performed timely and reasonably well. For the cost, I thought the stripping should have been done a little better as I had to spend a few hours sanding the desk before refinishing.

I brought the chairs in on 11/7 to reupholster them, tighten up all the joints, and refinish the arms where the finish was worn from use. I brought in the fabric of my choice and asked if they might be ready for Thanksgiving though if not it would be fine. He said he'd try but couldn't make any promises. One week later they were ready! The work is beautiful. The finish on the arms matches the rest of the finish perfectly, the joints are solid, and the upholstry and padding is better than when they were new. I couldn't be happier and I'd have work done there in the future as well as recommend them to my friends.

I don't have time for all the details. What I will say is that the owner is abrasive and impatient. We did not leave our furniture piece to be repaired by him.

I brought the dresser in for an estimate. He was very professional. The work was done in a timely manner and he called me when it was ready. Very pleased with the price and the result.

Because there was something like water damage to the doors and draws even the stripping didn't eliminate the spotting. Glenn suggested that we pick up the draws and doors as they were. He also suggested how we might complete the job. Rather than stain and polyurethane the vanity Glenn suggested that we might want to paint them instead. We picked up the draws and doors and completed the job ourselves.
We appreciated Glenn's assessment of the situation and his practical suggestions. We felt his price was fair for the work that had been done (doors and draws stripped).

It was not an easy repair. They really took their time to find the best way to approach the repair. They took great care in what they were doing and the chair looks beautiful.

The price was reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner.
