It was fine. He was really nice and but I couldn't use him, because he was really busy at the time. So I used somebody else. He estimated $19000, which was fine. The price was competitive. I had three quotes that started at $19000; this one started at $15000 and ended up at $19000. It worked out very well. I was very happy.
