OPTIMUM WINDOW SYSTEMS

The windows were drafty, 40 years old and some did not open; after our first winter in the home we knew we had to replace them.  They dropped the Anderson window units off at our home a few days before they scheduled to come.  They then came at 7:45 and worked until about 5:30PM.  They popped out the old windows, removed the old window coverings (heavy very ugly vertical blinds from the early 90's).  They also removed the previous owner's shelf that was self installed for those verticals.  They inserted the two 5 window units, insulated them and then put the wood framing on them.  They were professional, nice and explained what was going on the entire time.  Finally they installed a new storm door for us and refit our front door which was offline.  We were grateful when they found some small issues with the cement sill and fixed it.

In addition, my husband did not want to have to get up on the roof to clean gutters annually so we had them cleaned and installed the gutter helmut.  The gutter helmut was installed a few days before the windows and without us being home.  The guys were professional and fast.
