This plumber (Ben Murello) is what everyone looks for in a plumber.
He and his assistant were on-time, professional, friendly, no-nonsense and thorough.
He explained what he needed to do and did it. 
Also the price was right - not the high prices I have paid in the past for some of the heavily advertised companies I had used.

It was a pleasure to work with Murello plumbing.   They were asked to do an estimate for a basement pumping problem.    They responded quickly, arrived on time, gave helpful suggestions, quoted a very reasonable price, and performed excellent work.

Ben showed up promptly and installed the new heavier duty faucet very quickly.  Everything is working much better now.

I spoke with him on the phone and he asked me to send him pictures via
text message of the shower knobs.  After that he called me back
immediately and gave me an estimate on prices and said he could come the
next day.  The next day he showed up right on time and quickly and
proficiently fixed both my kitchen and bathroom.  He noticed that a
valve on my water tank had water in it, so he offered to fix it.  I
asked him how much that would cost and he said, just the part!  He then
explained that we pay for him to be here for an hour and he hasn't used
up his hour yet, so there would be no additional labor cost, just an
inexpensive part.  He fixed it right away since he had the part in his
truck.  We then decided that we liked Bens honesty so much, we asked for
an estimate on changing out that water tank he just put the new valve
on.  He made a few phone calls and found us a great deal on a tank, and
gave us another estimate.  The next day he was back, again right on
time, to change out the tank, with his estimate being exactly what he
charged us.  He left no mess, and was friendly and very helpful.  Ben ended up not even charging us for the first valve he put on the tank since he came back the next day and put a whole new tank on.  I would HIGHLY recommend ben to my family and friends and will definitely use him again!

Ben was quick to help out when our well pipe burst underground, leaving us with a constantly running well pump and not having clean drinking water.  Ben responded quickly and was very professional in getting the necessary equipment to dig a ditch for a new pipe and was very accommodating when we asked him to also install a new well pump and pressure tank since he was already working on the system.  He performed the extra work in a timely manner and went above and beyond when it came to making the new piping nice and neat in a relatively small closet space.  My wife had just given birth to our first child during the time this all happened, and Ben was extremely helpful in trying to work around our schedule and make sure we had running water before brining the baby home.  We couldn't have asked for a better experience.  We will surely use him again in the future!

We purchased our own faucet fixture and hired Ben to install it. We were very happy with the job. Ben was efficient and very neat. We appreciated that he is willing to make service calls in the evenings after work. We will definitely call Ben again for our next plumbing job.

Another plumber had started the work and never returned to finish it up. Mr. Murello was professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and neat. He went out of his way to get the job done without impacting some of the new work that was already in place.
