Description of Work: rebuild 1/2 bath; replace solid wood floor; rebuild family room. |"2 wk" job took 2 months; almost 25% additional out of pocket expense than estimate (bringing up to code, etc); construction debris left behind on lawn next to patio; felt more like working with an installer than a contractor; needed to remind him that he was working on my home, not a rental property. Nice enough guy; did me some good turns that he didn't have to do, but I could not recommend him to others.

Art was fantastic. All work was performed above expectations. Art takes great pride in his work and it shows. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Remodeled and repaired damage caused by flooding on my raised ranch. Three bedrooms, hallway, entranceway, laundry and garage areas all needed to be repaired. Areas were sheet rocked, painted and primed. Replaced bed room and closet doors.
