Went very well we paid for a month package. He came back each week to check on the traps and see if there was anything going on. He plugged up outside holes also. Never found anything after 1st visit! He is extremely professional and very modest! He told us we could do it ourselves and save a few extra dollars but that made us want to hire him even more! I will DEFINITELY use him again for anything we need!

Considering that there were close to 1000 wasps in this large nest, it has taken several visits to stop the invasion.  John has been available by phone and text, and has responded immediately to any of our concerns.  He has contacted us to check on the progress, and is sincere in his efforts to provide quality service.

John, came right over when I called and immediately was engaged and thinking about our problem. He checked inside attic and bedroom and outside the wall where nest had been. He sprayed and dusted, climbled up to the spot. Then drilled hole in soffit and sprayed inside. Also drilled hole in wall from inside and sprayed it. Then sealed up hole again. 
All through the hour and a half he was here he educated us on what we could expect and how the wasps live and how we could protect ourselves. He will be back and gave us 30 day guarantee to make sure the problem is gone.

They were not really that good. Initially I was satisfied with their work but later I was not. I would never use them again in the future.

Left message for Integrity Pest Control and received a prompt return call from John, the owner. We discussed my carpenter ant problem inside my home and the wasp problem outside my home and made an appointment for the next day. He did a very thorough inspection of my home -- both inside and outside and determined where the problem areas were and treated them. Very impressed by John's knowledge and honesty. I would have no hesitation to recommend Integrity Pest Control to my neighbors, friends and my fellow Angie's List Members ! You will not be disappointed.

They were supposed to only kill the bees, but they did a little more than we expected. They came back and made sure that the problem was solved. The price was okay and we didn’t compare it with others. We would use their services in the future too.

Living in the woods bring the nuisances of all sorts of pests. Called mainly for carpenter's ants' nest in a exterior wall but had a few other problems also. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and performed very good work. Spent a little more than an hour for the first visit and the one time service fee included free return visits in a month. He returned twice to check the progress and replenished the bait. The annoying ants have been completely gone. Am considering the monthly or quarterly plan he offers. Will definitely rehire him for any specific problem.
