I purchased a self install water softener from Will. He was a professional and didn't harass me into purchasing his product. I first met him at the home show in Poughkeepsie. He left a great first impression. He answered lots of questions for me at the show. I then called him two more times and asked him a million more questions. Each and every time he gave me respect and professionalism. Hands down I would recommend Will and Ideal Water. He also offers to install the products but I was able to do it myself. He gave me step by step instructions and mentioned if I had questions during install I can always call him. I didn't need to call I'm but knowing that was an option was a good feeling. Side note** Will was extremely flexible in his office hours to accommodate me to pick up the water softener during his non-business hours. That was extremely helpful.
