They did a very good job.

I have always had good service with DCH Toyota. This time, we had several routine maintenance things that needed to be done (the car just went over 100k) and several things that needed looking at. The total for everything was in the ball park of $3000, however I have an extended warranty which covered much of the work and the staff there worked with the warranty company to get them covered. The total of my bill was supposed to be about $1200 and they discounted it down to $900 for me (which was only about $200 over the cost of the tires). I wanted better gripping tires for wet roads and Tommy did the research for me and found a tire with better traction for me. From Tommy up to the sales manager, everyone there is always courteous to me and more than willing to help me out.

I took the car to a mechanic who knew immediately that the problem was a dirty throttle plate which had nothing to do with the fuel injector. I would have paid $180.00 for a service that would not have solved the problem. I will not take my car back to this dealer. I purchased the car in Danbury CT. I will go back to them if I need a dealer. They were much better. Green Tree is honest and has never taken advantage of me in the past.

DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota are quick, they are ready for your appointment, and get it done in a timely way. They're efficient, their prices are reasonable, they're reliable, and I've been dealing with them for years. Sometimes they're always trying to sell you an extra something but they're pretty good at taking no for an answer.

I had to wait a week to get into DCH Toyota which wasn't the greatest wait at all. I mean considering what I went through I probably could have had it done someplace else. In general they always try to sell and sell repairs. I would never use them again and I would never recommend them again. I went in there and I told them that I had a coupon and in the meantime they could do my inspection which had expired. Their waiting time is horrible. They did all the checks and came out after two hours. They told me that I had some major problems and if I didn't get it fixed right then that they weren't going to pass my inspection. They were asking for approximately $1,300 to get it repaired and I told them that I didn't have that kind of money on me and I can't have it done. So after getting the evil eye they said, "We're going to have to undo your inspection because you're not getting this fixed and due to state laws it's a safety hazard," or some safety stuff. I left out with having to pay for the inspection because it's a state law and even if you don't pass you're staying paying for it. I wasn't told this before which I guess would not have made a difference either way, but I just wish it would have been thrown out there. I left out and had no temporary sticker or anything on my windshield and they didn't even rotate my tires. I had marked each tire specifically, so I knew for a fact that they never changed my tires. It was just a horrible experience and I would never go there again. You go there and there's always something wrong with your car and you can never go there to get one thing fixed. It is always, "You have to fix this now or your car is going to fall apart on your way home." It's not an average cost. It's like an arm and a leg. It's really bad and something has got to happen because they can't just take advantage of people and try to up-sell. I feel like they lose customers that way because I will never use them and the sad thing is that we purchased a van there 6 years ago.
