and his was the most reasonable while still providing an excellent product/service. In addition, he also replaced the roof, a bath floor that was rotting, several windows, rotten exterior foundation boards and installed new supports in basement to keep house stable.
Chris let me know from the beginning that if my husband could/wanted to do any part of the work in order to save me
money, that was fine with him. But he always pointed out things that would need attention sooner or later. I felt he always had my best interest in mind. He understood that I had a budget and he helped me prioritize things that needed to be fixed now vs. things that could wait.
This company has been around for generations and having seen both his son and grandson at the job site on occasion, it looks like it might be around for a few more generations! Chris is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to any part of building/renovating and he was a pleasure to work with. He often went above and beyond the scope of the project by doing extra things that he did not charge me for. I would definitely hire him again and plan to do so.
They worked steady on this job, no jumping around to other ones, designed all the details, did a great job making it happen.
