I live in NY,picked up engine with new powerhead at yamaha dealer in MA at Baert Marine I never got to put the engine on boat till recently when I went to install cables, I noticed a part missing, they had not installed a nipple to the engine,because there was a hole in the block, and a hose going to nowhere I contacted baert marine several times (emails,phone) no response I finally got in touch, and they were very nasty, several times telling me he was going to hang up unless I wanted to pay for the part I told them that was not acceptable considering this was a brand new powerhead that they installed I also told them it was lucky I had not started the engine (considering they had not completely assembled the engine!) it made me wonder if they had ever started this engine after completing the work, I asked for the documentation of work done, and he became more irate so beware!!! They obviously dont back up their service (lack of it) I was hung up on repeatedly they were very unprofessional .
