The old water heater was an Amtrol direct fired unit attached to a boiler, they had to remove the old unit, re-configure the system to accept the new one and test it. The work was done in one day, everything worked fine and I am very happy with the new unit. After the install, the team went over how to use the unit, how to service it and how to submit the energy rebate form.
