It has been more than 6 weeks since Tony was here to secure my computer against threats on the Internet. The computer is working great. When I first called him, I was getting blue screens. Tony told me that the manufacturer of my computer would probably help me at no charge. They did and Rockstar passed on a service call. I later called to get my computer secured. Tony  setup a router as firewall, setup an admin and user account, and configured Norton Ghost to backup my system. He also recommended I upgrade to the paid version of Malwarebytes. Tony was professional.

It went extremely well - he worked quickly and efficiently, letting me know in simple terms the details I needed to manage my iMac, MacAir and iPad.  He assisted me up and beyond what was asked for.  He answered multiple questions with clarity.  He cleaned up my iMac with a special utility, showed me features and capabilities I wasn't aware of and worked on many items too many to recall. He was wonderful and patient and displayed considerable computer knowledge that was helpful.

They were very competent and very good. I'd use them again. I've used them before. They're very reliable. They do things at a fair price.

No problem seems to be too large or small for Tony.  I have seen him teach Managing Partners how to use Outlook, while on the other hand spec-ing out our IT needs at our new and much larger office.  Tony makes himself available outside of our weekly appointments, both for urgent matters as well as additional services outside of our contract.  He is extremely knowledgeable of computers, networking, wifi/internet, hardware, software, etc so he is able to diagnose a myriad of problems right at the source.  We are very happy with his services.

Tony and his installation crew were professional, knowledgeable and very down to earth. They were prompt and did a very nice job, including clean up. As the owner of a small business, I can honestly say that I am very lucky to have found a company such as Tony's who I rely on when needed. I continue to use Wolken Computer for all of my computer requirements both in the office and in my home.

Tony really spent a lot of time with me preplanning how he was going to do the set up and he didnt nickel and dime us. He was very thorough with the entire process.

A+ guy all around!!!!!  After a disasterous encounter with a different computer person, I was at my wits end to find someone honest and reliable to fix the job that the last person failed to finish properly.  After reading the great reviews on Angie's List, I called Tony who immediately set up an appointment (for 2 days later) to come by my house.  Tony was on time, polite, courteous and professional.  He wasn't in a rush to just get through the job and move on and he was happy to answer all my questions and concerns.  He let me check on everything before he left and  made sure that all was ok and I was satisfied.  Let me tell you, when you get a shady, dishonest person doing work for you, you really appreciate it when you find someone who is a superior worker; knowledgeable, reasonable priced, on time and willing to take the time to address your concerns.  Tony is a gem.....if I could give a rating higher than A I certainly would.  If I ever have any computer issues in the future I would not hesitate to call him again.  He did a wonderful job and put my mind at ease.  I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs help with computer repairs!!!!!
