RJC Interior Remodeling

RJC Interior Remodeling was one of the best companies we have worked with. Rich and his team are professional, trustworthy, and engaging. Rich worked with us from the very beginning to keep us on budget and had the bathroom done far ahead of schedule. His team is talented and did beautiful work. Just as important, they were always there when they said they would be and cleaned up every day so that it was hard to even tell we were having work done. We couldn't be happier that we found Rich and his team, and we would highly recommend using their services.

We just had our kitchen renovated and are thrilled with RJC's work! From the beginning we were very impressed with Rich and his staff. He is very straightforward, answered all of our many questions thoroughly and in a timely manner and was always very punctual. As an aside, he is very friendly and personable. Rich takes pride in what he does and makes sure that it is done properly; no short cuts, cutting corners or nickel-and-diming the homeowner. Rich's crew left the work area immaculate at the end of the day. He and Mike were meticulous in the work they did, with an emphasis on ensuring that we knew what was going on and would be happy with the end result, even if it meant extra work for them. Our kitchen was not without its challenges, to say the least, and required a lot of extra attention. Rich really went the extra mile to ensure that everything was done properly. Any questions or concerns we had while the project was ongoing were always addressed quickly; one time he showed up at our house on a Saturday to correct a problem. I can't imagine that there are too many contractors who would do that. RJC has a lot of experience with a range of projects; from relatively small projects like our kitchen to much, much larger and more expensive projects. I felt that he gave us and our project the same respect and dedication as he would a much larger project. A perfect example of integrity and how to run your business: After we handed in our final payment a few minor problems arose. Anyone who has ever had work done knows that this is the most problematic time, as contractors are busy and they already have your money. Rich emailed us back immediately, showed up first thing the next business day, and the problems were resolved. For Rich, this is just the way he does things, but unfortunately, for most of us, this is not the norm. We are very happy with our experience with RJC and look forward to seeing them again when we renovate our bathroom in a few years. We highly recommend them!

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Rich fro RJC.  Initially, I had him come to give me an estimate for just my kitchen, although his estimate came in a little on the higher side it was 100% accurate and there were no "unforeseen add-ons" during the duration of the job.  After seeing the quality of his workmanship and how reliable his crew was i had him do the crown molding in my dining room.  I found them to be a pleasure to do business with, and I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The whole experience was wonderful. He was on time and professional. Pricing was very reasonable, they were right in the middle of our price range. I recommend them very highly. Rich treated our home like it was his. He is very reliable and trustworthy. He custom-built a DVD rack for my husband, built in the flat-screen tv and created a rotating display piece for a statue I bought in Italy. He also remodeled our bathroom.Rich did our upstairs and put in tray ceilings and crown moulding. Everything looks amazing. I could not be happier.

Rich from RJC was on point from day one, starting with his quick response to my initial phone call. Soon after our first meeting he promptly followed up with his estimate. Upon agreement of a start date, Rich arrived on time to begin the job. Unlike other contractors i have used in the past, rich was punctual and worked a full day on the project along with his crew, until completion. Everyone was respectful and did not treat my home as a "job site". At the end of everyday my home was left clean enough for me to live in. His time frame and monetary estimate of the job was accurate and finished on time. The final product exceeded my expectations and i would absolutely use this contractor again and again!

Job exceded expectations-  services were delivered with unquestionable care and quality.  Sub contractors echoed these traits.
I have no reservations in recomending RJC for any home improvement job.  Mr Carillo is a perfectionist and has many talents that help the project to go seamlessly on budget as well as on time.  He establishes realistic cost and time considerations and will not "low ball" a project.  

The quality of his work and the demands he places on his subcontractors assure a result that was asthetically and functiionally above reproach.

I've had bad luck with other carpenters providing unrealistic estimates and not showing up consistently. A friend recommended RJC and we made the right choice. Rich, the owner, gave my wife and me a realistic estimate and project time frame. Rich and his crew transformed my compartmentalized house into an open concept warm and inviting home. My kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, dining room, living room and basement look amazing. RJC takes pride in their work, they are talented and punctual. They completed the project on time and within budget.
