It went very well!  Quality of a job is, of course, extremely significant, and Dave and his team met my standards in this regard; however, perhaps more important are professionalism and punctuality.  From the first phone call, Dave was understanding of my financial status as a new home owner, receptive of my ideas, knowledgeable when answering all of my questions, and always easy to reach/on-time.  I have already begun the process of having two other projects done at my house with Dave and his team because he proved to be talented at what he does and compassionate to the needs of a home owner.

finished product, was We contacted this general contractor after getting quotes from other contractors for various portions of the work that needed to be done.  Although it is almost impossible to compare prices because each contractors proposed somewhat different approaches I feel that the quotes given by Kelly were fair, competitive and understandable. The general contractor was able to plan and coordinate the various aspects of the project, which was very helpful.

Raymond Kelly, the owner, and Dave Gallagher, who supervised the project were very friendly, accessible and professional. If there were any questions or  problems, Dave, who was the main contact, was readily available by cell phone or e-mail, and would come out to our house at his earliest availability.  Communications were very good with Dave and Ray.

The  finished product by the masons and carpenter was excellent. and the vinyl siding looks very good. There was an initial problem with the two casement replacement windows, but that was rectified quickly. Any little details that needed to be tweaked were done so in a timely manner.

They finished everything they were scheduled to do in the amount of time they said..that was a big plus for us..my bathrooms are exactly what i wanted ,Kitchen gorgeous,inside and out We're very happy..

Our job couldn't have gone any better. Our lives were destroyed by a horrible storm and the thought of dealing with a contractor and having to rebuild our home and lives during this difficult time was nervewracking and scary for our family. Raymond Kelly and his team were amazing and very patient with us during insurance debates and all of our decision making. They arrived on time and ready to work on the coldest of winters days through the warmest of summer days. Raymond pointed us in all the right directions and always had our best interest at heart. I felt very comfortable with all of his advice and had a great experience dealing with him, his workers, and the companies he referred us to. Raymond's team always arrived on time and ready to work. They worked very clean and always left my home clean at the end of their work day. The were respectful and I was extremely comfortable having his workers in my home whether I was there or not. He recommended vendors that were pleasant, knowledgable, and easy to work with. I had a wonderful experience with Raymond Kelly Contracting and highly recommend his company.

This is actually the 2nd home I've had them do work on. The first time was 2007 and an extensive exterior project (driveway, decks, masonry, landscaping, boardwalk). The moment I decided to do a project on my new house, they were the first I called. I knew their work years later would hold up.
As far as price, they weren't the cheapest, but I knew it was a fair price. I wouldn't get hit with "surprises." Other estimates were also considerably higher, as I first started this job pre-Sandy.
Work quality was always good and contractor is always responsive to any concerns or imperfections that pop up. My wife and daughters always felt comfortable around the crew...they showed much care and courtesy to us and our neighbors.
The biggest testiment to their professionalism was post-Sandy. We were under construction at the time, and my home office was damaged in the floods. He knew I needed my office to earn a living, so they got in and started repairs on it within a few weeks to get me up and running. It would be months before he'd even ask me for any money for all of that extra work.
Already having them do another project on our home. Have to admit I didn't always tell people about their work.....would have hated to have to wait while they serviced other homes :)
