Very well. The Specialist, Jose, applied a powder usable only by licensed exterminators with specialized equipment, and there has been NO evidence of any activity since then. He was very diligent and thorough, and patiently explained what was being done.

Optimum responded to my call within an hour of my request. Professional and knowledgeable. All work completed as promised. They suggested that we contact them after interior walls were opened, and they returned (at no extra charge) to check for further termite damage and treat the affected areas.

Immediate response and set up for service....they couldn't be nicer and more helpful...My dog had been trying to dig thru the wood floor to get to the smell of an "intruder" they laced foods pods and came back in two weeks to seal u any apparent openings outside. Seems to be going good.

They did a great job. They were very professional, patient in explaining the process, and took great care with my home. They did cure the problem and their little dog that came the next day was adorable.

Inspection done and treatment the next day. So quite I did not even know they were here. So neat you don't see the bait traps unless looking for them.

Tom was very knowledgeable and recommended Heat treatment as the best solution. He did not perform the treatment, but recommended A&C Pest Control.

I highly recommend optimum pest control. We had a couple of bug problems and they were resolved in a very timely matter. We ended up getting a yearly contract and are very happy with the service.

It went amazing..from the phone call which was personable and considerate all the way to the follow up was A+. Tom always calls you back within 15 minutes of a message being left and service is at your door within a day or two. They attend to your problem and if you are not satisfied they will come back no questions asked. Ask for manny he was really thorough

The visits went well as stated above they came whenever I called inbetween monthly inspections!! Ants and rodents gone. Optimum came anytime I called and did inspections whenever I adjed

We have had a very positive experience using Optimum Termite and Pest Control over the past year. They come to our home on a quarterly basis to perform routine pest control and they have also done rodent proofing for us (they try and close any potential access points around the perimeter of the house). Tom has always been very responsive and if we ever have any issues he typically is at our property the same day to address them. We will continue to use Optimum Termite and Pest Control and I would recommend them.
