Professional and friendly from the first phone call- Helpful and answered all questions . Worked with us to stay within the parameters of the town permit. Good communication with owner and installers- absolutely excellent work! Made an amazing difference for our homes curb appeal! Would use again in the future without question!

The job went as planned. Freddy and Luis did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The installation and cleanup was under 3hrs

Polite and respectful of property. Professional. Efficient. Arrived on time, as promised. Dennis and Bill were pleasure to work with. We had used Natural Beauty in the past to do our railings, which we were very pleased with, so we worked with them again for replace our fence. The two installers worked so, so hard and steady. They were meticulous in leveling, all the while respecting our property and our neighbors' property. They had to work around significant tree roots and tree stumps left over from Hurricane Sandy damage. Despite the fact that we were having a replacement fence, they still had quite a bit of digging and placing of posts to do. Considering the amount of work and the quantity of materials, my husband and I felt the price was reasonable. They made suggestions and asked questions as the work was in progress and the communication from the work crew and office was good.

They were okay. They put the gates in the wrong way, and I really had to assert myself to get them to correct the work. It was pretty frustrating that I had to be pushy to get them to do what they had promised in their estimate.

We felt their estimate was fair, their salesman well informed and explained our options in very plain and honest language. When we agreed toi have the work done, they scheduled it within two weeks and were right on time, completing the job promptly and cleaning up well afterwards. We didn't do a lot of comparison shopping, but I had figured the job to be somewhat costlier than their price. I don't think we could have saved a LOT of money shopping around, but we certainly couldn't have expected better service.

The estimate and specs that Dennis gave us were matched perfectly by Natural Beauty's installation crew. Freddie and Willie arrived exactly at 9AM as promised and worked tirelessly to complete the job. There were a lot of rocks underground that had to be removed to get the posts in deep enough.
The materials used were carefully inspected for warping and damage and only the best pieces were used. They were meticulous in their installation. The fence looks beautiful and is a real aesthetic improvement to the property as well as deterrent to those who thought our land was public property. Natural Beauty's estimate was not the lowest, but the small additional difference in price, plus the other glowing references from others on Angie's List caused us to choose them and we're satisfied that we did.

They were very precise and professional. Jose and John installed my fence and were great. Jose is a real pro with many years of experience. The important part is the leveling and respecting the property line which Jose automatically did. Chris and Bill were both very considerate and respectful of me and my time. My property looks so much better thanks to all of these guys working together. Great experience. I am very pleased with Natural Beauty.

Chris and his team were very professional and prompt. The old fence had been attached to the garage and cemented into the retaining wall that surrounds my patio. They did a beautiful job without destroying any of my wall and the fence looks great. I would use them again without hesitation. They showed up when they said they would and left the patio clean. Even the neighbors are pleased!

It went very well from start to finish. The installation only took about 1 hour since I already had posts from an old fence that were still usable.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF PUTTING THE FENCE UP WITHOUT TEARING UP MY YARD. THE FENCE IS TIGHT AND LEVEL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR FENCING. THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.
