 + -1 moreOn two separate occasions, Last Hope came through with the help I needed. The first time was when I found a Mama cat with her two kittens under my deck. Last Hope talked me through the trapping procedure and then accepted the kittens for adoption. They unfortunately were not able to take the Mama cat for lack of space. A few years later I took responsibility for a feral colony and although Last Hope again was not able to help with placement or rescue, they did provide me with much needed low cost spay & neuter certificates. The wait time whenever I called was minimal especially considering that it is a volunteer group and everyone associated with Last Hope has other responsibilities as well.
Description of Work: After calling a number of rescue places, Last Hope was the only organization that actually gave me step by step instructions on how to trap feral cats. They also took two of the kittens and put them up for adoption. When I came upon a feral colony, Last Hope sent me (after filling out a basic request form) low cost spay & neuter certificates.

dog trainers
 + -1 moreThis place is just marvelous. They take excellent care of their animals. When I adopted the dog I had troubles with him at first so they provided all the training for him to get him established for us. They charged me $70 for the adoption and provided the training for free. They said if I could not afford the fee for adoption they would waive that to. They are very good. They provided a background check on me and everything. My dog is now trained and fits in just great.
Description of Work: I adopted a blind adult dog from Last Hope. They also trained him for me as well.
