 + -1 moreoverall the work he performed is perfect. I felt confident and safe enough that I gave him a key to the house. He came in around 9am and usually stayed until 5pm. He worked on Saturday also but only for half a day.
Description of Work: Pino LoVerdi's work is flawless. He is professional, punctual and cleans his work area after his day is complete. He came up with ideas that I did not think of. this is what he worked on for me: my attic - he made a living space out of it, gorgeous! my air conditioner, giving me a new air vent in one of the bedrooms removed carpeting and other material from my interior steps and replaced it with oak steps. he stained them and added a railing. hung a large painting hung curtain rod painted the attic build and placed an exterior handrail cleaned my gutters cleaned my roof and placed cement over some potential damaging cracks he found by my chimney place a weather proof strip at the bottom of my entrance door worked on a lot on electrical wires for safety the list goes on... it took him over one month to accomplish all the above. I will use him again in the future and I have already given his name out to some friends and family members. He is kind, listens attentively to any concern, contributing ideas and solutions.
