Tom and his crew were amazing! They were reliable, great communicators, and they did a phenomenal job power washing our house and furniture. They were very knowledgeable and very flexible with weather constraints. We truly wouldn't have any other company do this job! We are so thrilled with the results!

Bad News!!! Front of house, walkway and deck were power washed by the owner and helper. They sped through the job like they couldn't be bothered. I quite frankly don't know how they are still in business as I got a terrible job done on the house front WITH damage. A section of my vinyl siding was blown out of it's end channel by the pressure washing as I watched! And when I asked for them to please fix the edge sticking out by simply getting out a taller ladder and popping it back in--They said it was like that when they arrived... NOT!!! So I had to hang out of a second story window with a stick and a mirror to smack it back into it's channel-It was extremely dangerous but I fixed it with MY sweat. NEXT- not using a tall enough ladder they failed to clean the highest edge facia's on the front of the house they couldn't reach with the cleaner solution--so they remain uncleaned. When I asked why they were still dirty, my response was "the aluminum fascia can't be cleaned" although a spot that did get some cleaner on it WAS clean... ALSO, I saw them quickly drinking what looked like beer behind the trucks during the day. BTW the green mildew spots I originally wanted cleaned are back 3 months later! Finely, to give them a chance to resolve, I called, explained everything and was promised they would come back by the Fall and re-do the front fascias...it's past Fall... no show as expected.

His estimator came and gave me a price of $400. It sounded good, I had different estimates and his was in the middle. He came and completed the power washing. We had to wait a few days for it to completely dry. He comes back to do the painting, rings the front door and tells me he changed his mind and the estimate was too low so he wasn't doing the painting. I told him I had a written contract and he had to finish it. He said it would cost him too much money in paint and his estimator had estimated it wrong. I sent him a certified letter and I'm waiting for him to come do it and he never showed up. I never paid the whole amount, he just didn't fulfill the contract. Now time has passed and I will have to pay to have someone to redo it all. It was beautiful after the power washing, but I wish they would have finished their work.

This was the first time I had used their services. We chose them because they were highly rated on Angie's List. Their work was very good. I thought the price was pretty fair. The estimate was right on.
