It's my first time of going through the process of trying to buy a house so the whole thing is pretty new to me. I hired Lou to do the inspection on a house I'm looking to buy and he was fantastic. The house buying process is stressful and there are tons of things about it to stress a person out. I knew there were plenty of things I didn't know or understand that I wanted to ask about, but what made me more uneasy were the things that I didn't even know to ask about that might end up overlooked. Within the first minute of meeting Lou at the property he started talking to me about the condition of the curb and driveway which wasn't even on my mind since I was so focused on the actual house itself. That made me much more comfortable about him covering all of the bases so that I didn't have to get an overnight PhD in property integrity. He was extremely thorough, explained everything he was looking at and doing in detail, called out pros and cons of everything and gave maintenance recommendations. He was incredibly informative during the whole process and had a written report with pictures and recommendations available via his online portal by the end of the same day. Working with him has been the best part of the home search/buying process so far. If you need your property looked at, use this guy.

Lou arrived 15 minutes early and had already inspected the outside of the house. He didn't hesitate climbing upon the ladder to inspect the roof and chimney. Lou explained everything that he was doing and suggested ways to correct the problems. He conducted a thorough inspection of the house and gave me a written report with pictures. I estimate that he saved me several thousand dollars in repair costs. Lou is a real pro and I would highly recommend him

Lou is an amazing home inspector. His attention to detail is impeccable. He's very patient and will point out everything that is an issue and educates you on how to prevent the issues from happening in the future. He's very experienced and knows where to look for hidden damages and issues. He spotted a few issues just by looking at the property without getting his tools out.

Lou was excellent. His final report was very professional and thorough. During the inspection, Lou pointed out many defects that we were not aware of. Lou is absolutely wonderful! So thorough and so comprehensive. No corner was left unturned and he's actively trying to notate EVERY SINGLE ISSUE (nothing is too small) with pictures and thorough documentation).
