HASSETT LINCOLN MERCURY

Since this is a consumer driven business, this dealer needs to respect and respond to the consumer. We had an issue about the money due us for the trade in of our car for a newly leased Subaru. Our salesperson was less than responsive to our calls to fulfill his committment once the lease papers were signed. He didn't return calls and admittedly screened our calls. We emailed three of the sales managers and left a voicemail (apparently, no one except the receptionist actually answers the phone) for a business manager. No one, not one, emailed or called back. We finally met with one manager who claimed that he's too busy to answer or follow up on emails. We had hoped to enjoy our Subaru having read and heard so many good reports about the brand. But this experience with lack of customer communication and respect has soured us. We will not recommend, return to, or even seek service at Hassett (Ford/Lincoln) Subaru. More briefly, Hassett: Be attentive to your customers. Answer calls without sending them to voicemail. Respond to emails. Follow up and do what you say you will do or at least make acceptable arrangements. You are a customer-driven business, after all.

Prompt, courteous and efficient. Estimate and final cost of services were almost exect. Would give them an A but their labor costs are high. However, since I have a hybrid car I would use them again.

It went well. Dropped my car off, they did the work. And then I picked it up. It was really that simple. I recommend them highly.

They are very good. I liked the sales person and everything. I got a nice vehicle for a pretty good deal.

Hassett Lincoln Mercury has a great team. The sales and service people are all great. They know us when we come in and are very friendly. They don't try to push us to buy things. I feel that they take care of us an are very personable which is very important. We have bought two cars from them. I like that he didn't try and sell me a new tire as they were able to fix it.

I love the car that I bought at Hassett Lincoln Mercury. The salesman was a very professional and a sincere young man. I felt like I got a good deal. Everyone I've dealt with there has been utterly courteous and friendly. I've used them in the past and will continue to do so.

When I call for an appointment, they always promptly give me an appointment with no problems. They are extremely polite there and very prompt in getting the work done on my vehicle. I also like that when I need a ride home they have one ready for me and the staff is very attentive. Their prices also seem to be pretty reasonable.

They had a special price going for my basic oil change. I like that they do this now and then. The mechanics are very professional and know what they are doing. I trust this place because they've always been fair to me. I can always get in right away because I bought my Subaru there.
