They actually came out for two different reasons. First to clean the chimney, which was affecting the use of our boiler, and upon doing so, discovered a family of squirrels living there! They removed the squirrels (4 in all) and cleaned all debris. They put up a temporary cover on the chimney but advised us we should replace the cap which was not fitted properly to prevent pests from entering. We called them back to fix the chimney which they did. From start to finish they were professional, friendly and competent. Their prices were reasonable and they explained the procedure in detail. I felt that they were completely upfront and I didn't feel that we were being taken advantage of or made to pay more than the services were worth. We plan to use them again in the next few weeks to install a chimney liner.

WE USE THIS COMPANY EVERY YEAR TO SERVICE OUR CHIMNEY. THE EMPLOYEES ARE EXCELLENT WORKERS WITH GREAT SENSES OF HUMOR. THE PRICES THAT THEY CHARGE ARE REASONABLE.

I CALL THEM OUT ONCE A YEAR TO PROVIDE SERVICE ON THE CHIMNEY. THE PRICES ARE GREAT, AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS WITH NO COMPLAINTS.
