THEY WERE ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY WELL, MY FURNACE SEEMS TO WORK BETTER NOW, AND WE DON'T HAVE THE SMELL THAT WE HAD BEFORE THEY CLEANED THE CHIMNEY.
