I am very pleased with the work done by Claudio and his crew of 9 professionals. They all knew exactly what they were doing, All the employees and the boss worked for a full 5 days. They showed up on time every day, and were very easy to deal with. Claudio, the boss, was here all the time and worked with his men. All the employees were excellent craftsman, and did an beautiful job.

Carmello was very responsive when I called and came over to give me an estimate the next day. He said that he probably would not be able to do the job until the end of July, so I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to fit me in on July 2nd. The job only took 2 days, and the workers were very efficient and professional. I had a bad experience last year with another contractor, so I was very impressed with this job since I was able to compare the quality of the work. Everything looks beautiful, and my driveway is exactly how I wanted it. You can tell that they used high quality materials. I would definitely call them if I needed other work done.

written by my family member.  Unfortunately, the stellar review I had given this company in the beginning was very premature. My driveway, not even a year old, is pitted, cracked, stained, has weeds growing from around the wood partitions and the wood has become slightly raised, presenting a potential liability.  I contacted Claudio when the pitting first became obvious (about 7 months after it was poured) and of course, he blamed the rock salt.  Not the harmless, high-quality rock salt I used but the rock salt that my tires picked up in my travels and brought back to my driveway under normal routine wear.  In the places that are closest to the garage where chunks of concrete are loose and where rock salt would never be used, he said that's normal.  I suggested that the grade of concrete was not sufficient for this area's climate and explained that I looked around the neighboring houses at concrete driveways significantly older than mine (which again, is not even one year), and there is no such pitting, cracking, staining and certainly no wood protruding from between the slabs.  Claudio said it's the right mix and he offered to replace one slab where the pitting is worst.  Since he planned on using the same mix, I couldn't see the point of being inconvenienced again. So I'm chalking it up to experience, a very expensive mistake on my part..  I trusted the source but should have checked further.  I know he did his best and he was always professional and responsive.  However, based on all of the above, I have to say that his idea of a quality job differs from mine.  BTW, a huge crack appeared about six months after it was poured in an area of the driveway that gets NO ACTIVITY.  I suppose there will be weeds growing there soon, as well, just as there are in the partitions.

This is the third time I used Dansen Construction.  They men work like a well oiled machine.  everything went smoothly.  They were neat and thorough.  I would highly recommend them.  Ask for Claudio.

I joined Anjgie's rather recently, but need to comment on this company even though the work was done some time ago.
They did an unbelieveable job- Professional, curteous, consultative (on design) and super high quality. Also, on-time and organzed and finish within the time line they commit to.

In both instances above, they were excellent and timely and did amazing work. Peopel often come by and comment on our brick work. Often, people love the work and ask who did it and we are happy to mention Danson Construction.

THE DRIVE LOOKS FANTASTIC. THE WORK WAS EXCEPTIONALLY DONE WITH NO DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP. THE COMPANY WAS EAGER TO PLEASE AND THE DETAILED WORK LOOKS WONDERFUL. THIS WAS A GREAT INVESTMENT.
